DAILY VINYL CARE
Vinyl floors are easy to maintain! By establishing your own care guide, you can help to ensure that your vinyl floors consistently look their best.
Like other hard surface flooring options, daily vinyl care revolves around sweeping. When you sweep, you help to eliminate dirt, dust, and other debris that can harm your vinyl floors and result in premature aging. How often you need to sweep your vinyl floors will depend on the foot traffic they receive.
You can also wet mop your vinyl floors for a deeper clean. When mopping, work to ensure that the mop is damp and not soaking wet. A soaking wet mop could lead to water damage on your vinyl. Just because vinyl flooring is "waterproof," that doesn't mean that standing water should ever be left on your vinyl floors.

DIRT & DEBRIS
Solid messes, like dirt and debris, can be broom-swept. Depending on how much traffic your vinyl floors receive, you may need to sweep more to keep up with the daily demands of dirt. When and if a solid mess occurs on your vinyl, it is always in your best interest to sweep it up immediately to avoid lingering damage.

SPILLS & STAINS
Vinyl is tough on liquid spills, but that doesn't mean that if a liquid mess occurs, you should leave it unaddressed for an extended period. When a liquid accident presents itself, wipe it up with a cloth right away. The longer you wait, the higher the likelihood of lingering damage.
